Snip & Fold Papercraft

Choki Ori is the cut and fold paper craft from Japan. Designed to be easier for kids than origami, Choki Ori (literally “snip and fold”) is a great introduction to the art of paper folding and helps build fine motor skills. It is simple and quick to do – just cut out around the pre-printed animal shapes, fold along guidelines and create adorable paper friends for display or play.

Four different Choki Ori sets are available: African Friends, Arctic Friends, Farm Friends and Prehistoric Friends. Each set has ten pre-printed animals plus two animals to colour in. African Friends has been the bestseller and features a giraffe, zebra and lion. New this season are the Farm Friends (with an adorable assortment of farmyard animals) and Prehistoric Friends (dinosaurs and famous reptiles from the past). The finished size of each Choki Ori is between 9cm H and 18cm W. Each set is nicely packaged in an 22cm SQ clear plastic sleeve. A perfect craft project for kids!
